| today training reminded me of my uni life again...my biosci...
and what my foodsci professor said....he said "hey...u guys
are food scientist...u r able to solve the problems...come
on...give me the ans"...agree what he said alot ! at the time
my thought was "rite...i cant speak to my manager / head that
i cant solve the problems...may i ask my professor or
read my lec notes?" and today....i totally understand his
statement....thx Prof. Melton ! although he is a strange guy =.=
fermentor reminds me of my biosci lab project...bak to uni
for the fucking fermentation during sem break !!! butter chicken
for lunch twice >.< and my 27 pages lab report ....i will never
4get this 27 pages lab report...how bz i was !! and how hard
the report was !!! no clue wif the complicated yield equation wif
uncertainties...and aseptic testing burned my lab coat abit XD
